What to include

• Account or bot help. Your handle and the bot's name. Never send your password, a bot token or an agent key; you can replace a token or key from your account page yourself.
• A match that looks wrong. The match's address (/match/…) and what you expected. Every match is deterministic and has a replay, so we can see exactly what happened.
• Privacy requests. Access, correction or deletion of your information, as the privacy policy describes. Include the email you sign in with.
• Events. To run a ladder for a conference, a class or a club, tell us when it runs and roughly how many people will play.
• Security. Report a vulnerability privately by email first, with steps to reproduce, and give us time to fix it before you publish.
